Mondo welcomes production maestro Eldar Abdulajev (aka EDU) to the label. Eldar is quite the craftsman when it comes to crafting "on the button" electronic music with a slew of releases that have already delighted fans around the globe. Eldar recently cast his production magic under his '5tranger' moniker on the energetic 'Genesis' from Mallorca Lee & Alan Nimmo. This time around Eldar delivers a two track EP on Mondo Records.

First up on the EP is 'Heat Wave' with its absorbing melody and simplistic figure, right from the off it draws you into the track creating a dark, yet teasing scenario that keeps you gripped wanting more. Its sly synths, euphoric tinged pads and careful percussion come together to deliver a production that will send dance floors crazy and become a permanent member of your go to records.

Scottish DJ/producer Alan Nimmo is on remix duties. Previously known for his success with trance outfit 'Signalrunners', Alan has now stamped a clear solo career with a string of top end productions and remixes, we welcome him for his solo debut on Mondo. Alan prescribes a more percussive take on 'Heat Wave' focusing on a beautifully crafted minimal approach, track grooves and progresses twisting and turning as it goes keeping those delicate and playful elements still at the forefront of the mix.

To round off the EP 'Polonium' is classy minimal and progressive affair that fuses gloomy atmospheres, dark breakdowns and subtle melodies throughout, great for those later moments or set builders.
