The Ape - Tex Perkins on guitar & vocals (The Cruel Sea, Beasts of Bourbon, Tex, Don and Charlie, Dark Horses, Ladyboyz, Band of Gold, TnT, THUG, Tex Deadly and the Dum-Dums), Raul Sanchez (Magic Dirt, River Of Snakes, Midnight Woolf) on guitar; Gus Agars (The Vandas, The Gin Club, Chromenips, Mike Noga and the Gentlemen of Fortune, The Dark Horses) on drums and Pat Bourke (Ladyboyz, Mike Noga and the Gentlemen of Fortune) on bass, performing at Crown & Anchor (Adelaide) ~ August 20, 2016. The Ape were releasing their EP 'Give In' (www.texperkins.com.au) and the gig was a triple bill, with Kid Congo & The Pink Monkey Birds with local band St Morris Sinners supporting.. Excellent musicians playing in an intimate venue to a great crowd.
