Mia Darling

Mia is a 35 year old singersongwriter from Helsinki, Finland. She's been making songs for many years and released her debut album called "Pradoxes" at the end of February 2007. Before giving career as a musician a change she has worked for example as a copywriter and a bingo hostess. She can also be remembered as the second vocalist and keyboard player of The Pansies. The finnish britpop act recorded four albums and toured the world between 1993-2000. All the other members of the band are also still involved in music making. Check out Montevideo, The New Bleachers and Boys of Scandinavia. Mia describes her songs as "sudden, spontaneous floods of emotion; such as hope, fear or anxiousness. I don't know where the songs come from or where they go. They just.are." Mia Darling is currently working on her second album.
