DESCRIPTION:
Revolver is a new recording of a song from Jynx's 2015 album, Taker. The footage in the video is taken from New England Metal and Hardcore Festival 2016 and from Bound By Hatefest 2016.

The lyrics in this song are about the loss of a loved one, and the internal conflicts experienced while coping with this loss. The journey back to normalcy can be a confusing one, and we wanted to capture that confusion with this song.

Around the time of writing this song, I (Jerry-Guitars/Vocals) lost a few family members and a close friend. Writing the lyrics to this song helped me keep my cool. It was almost as if this song was foreshadowing my future.

The live footage in the video was shot at the 2016 New England Metal and Hardcore festival in Worcester, MA, and at Bound By Hatefest in NYC, which was a festival put together to honor the life of Chico Abreu, a friend and fellow musician who passed away at a young age while chasing his dreams. We couldn't have thought of a more fitting song to represent the emotions that filled the air the night of that festival.

Life is unpredictable, and it is short. Let every important person in your life know how much you love them, because tomorrow is never guaranteed.
