My heart is heavy and my brain is haunted
From all the images of the brutal Syrian conflict
Many innocent children dyin' 'cause your thoughts are frosted
Survivors cryin' 'cause now they have the violence adopted
Motivation for the vengeance never becomes exhausted
So ultimately there is nothing you can do to stop it
It's like watching religion and politics in a mosh pit
Subsequently just dire consequences are the topic
Over a hundred-thousand dead, how many more do we need?
Evidence of chemical weapons in the blood that they bleed
I swear to God The Human Race is just a fucking disease
'Cause greed the reason Atlantis was buried under the sea
Hieroglyphics told us how not to repeat history
But ignorance is bliss, so I guess it comes with a fee
The knowledge is a curse, never actin' mercifully
'Cause extinction is now upon us to a certain degree
I can't believe we came so close to the face of eloquence
Deciphering the genetics of ancient skeletons, this is fatal intelligence
Mixed together with The Table of Periodic Elements, delirious & desperate
Furious because your minds are curious but desolate
More serious than the assassination of a President
A victim when you're surrounded by the brainwashin' rhetoric
It's evident the devilish etiquette wasn't Heaven-sent
