Presented here is a snippet of an active Banjo-Kazooie remix I am composing, featuring Gruntilda's Lair (Witch's Lair). Inspired by the arrangement heard at the entrance to Gobi's Valley, I introduced some Middle-Eastern flair to the instrumentation, melody line, and chord progression.

"Mélange" comes from the French, meaning "mix," or in this context, "mixed". The concept of blending the base of Gruntilda's Lair with the essence of Gobi's Valley contributes to the given title, "Mélange Brew". There are many surprises in store for this remix to come.
