Mc Columbo aka. the Lyrical Terrorist aka. the Rub-a-Dub Rocker is the one and only youth who is known as the honorary white jamaican in Hungary. He has been singing for eight years now from his progress has been started to increase alongside the Minimalheadz from Tilos Radio in 2002. Along his carreer, he has collaborated with a number of djs and producers from the underground scene.
He had been toasting beside DJ Palotai & DJ Cadik for two years inasmuch as he had been invited to their clubbnight called Rewind! These years meant several parties for him in the city and the countryside as well, lots of radio shows, live act featurings with well known figures of the breakbeat, drum and bass and other electronic scenes. Had worked with djs like Dj Lee, Adam F, Ollywood, Blim, Aquasky, Ragga Twinz and almost whole of the hungarian ones.
As his style is based on the reggae culture he wasn't averse to the jamaican music and accent. That was the reason he was passing into a usual guest of Dancehall Fever clubbnights with Love Alliance Soundsystem in 2004. Meanwhile he was learning the patois language making his shows more authentic.
In these times some Dj Mango the multi-talented dj-mc, also the leader of the well known hip-hop club called Gimmeshot had invited the Lyrical Terrorist as a regular guest.
Two years after some djs from the hip-hop squad have formed their own soundsystem with Columbo, called Irie Maffia having a live band formation and a dj set as well. Soundsystem has been made specially for the rubadub and oldskool dancehall sound although the live band moves in different styles like funk, reggae and hip-hop.
Besides all of these projects in the same year a hungarian drum & bass live band called Brains has invited him as a front mc. They have been doing many concerts around Europe (Croatia, Austria, Checz-Republic, Netherland, France, Italy, Slovakia, Slovenia, Germany, UK, etc). Columbo has already worked with Jah Turban, General Levy, Top Cat, Germaican Records, Perfect, Ras Mc Bean, Cee Rock "The Fury", Mc PJ and many more. Nowdays he is making dubplates for all over the world, feautring in soundtracks and other bands also. The destiny is to acquaint the old skool rubadub style with the people and make interesting compound of it.
