Maya Over Eyes began in the summer of 2004 in San Jose CA. In no time at all they began sharing the stage with some of the biggest names in Hardcore, establishing themselves as a prominent figure in the local scene. Their first recording came as a demo in 2006. Soon after they finished their first demo, the band began to venture out on the road, including a western US tour in 2007 and a northwestern US tour in 2009.
