DESCRIPTION:
Teaser of the upcoming third album of Max Andrzejewski´s award winning Berlin based band HÜTTE (Neuer Deutscher Jazzpreis 2013) plus a choir of vocalists including the gospel queen Dorrey Lin Lyles.

In short: Avantgardejazz meets GospelMusic with lyrics about food as substitute for religion.

The new program is a marriage for love of Contemporary/FreeJazz and Gospel Music. The group recorded it with support of Senat Berlin in the wonderful radio studios of RBB Radio Berlin Brandenburg.
And there are lyrics too. Poems about food as our substitute for religion, written by the theatre dramaturg Thomaspeter Goergen and the food lover Sylvana Seddig.
As special guest, Dorrey Lin Lyles, the high-powered american Gospel Voice is joining the ensemble for escalating peaks.
