DESCRIPTION:
Duo improvisation by Matt Milton (violin) and Léo Dumont (percussion), an extract from a concert performance in March 2009 in London - the whole performance constituting the CDR 'Scrub' on the Another Timbre label. The CDR was one of four which documented the music of younger players from the weekly improvisation workshop that Eddie Prevost has run in south London since 1999. All four CDRs were recorded within a month in the spring of 2009, and were released in the summer of that year, offering a snapshot of the music of the workshop musicians at that particular time. www.anothertimbre.com
