Call me crazy, but, I believe if my album "Identity Crisis" is ever professionally recorded and released, sales will be very high and it'll get at least one Grammy, and one way or another I'll prove myself correct, though I fear it'll be after I'm dead. All songs (except the classical piece) are from the forthcoming album titled, "Identity Crisis; 10 modern art songs," which isn't currently available. In the meantime, the first 5 songs and the classical piece are available on an EP titled "Mistaken Identity." "Wooden Spoon" is a through-composed modal bossa nova in d sharp phrygian for voice and guitar. "Hunger" is through-composed in d minor with a recapitulation and is for voice, keyboard, and electric bass guitar. "Mother" is strophic in d minor and is for voice, vibraphone ensemble, sitar, and electric bass guitar. "To Be Old In The City" is through-composed in b locrian with a recapitulation and is for voice, harpsichord, and electric bass guitar. "Death Valley" is through-composed in e minor and is for voice, koto ensemble, and electric bass guitar (it is not about death or suicide--it's an allegory for a depressive episode --
Death Valley is the geographical name of a very deep depression). "1st movement, moderato" is from Concerto for String Quartet in E Major (modern harmony). "Switching" is through-composed with a ritornello in f sharp minor and is for voice and electric bass guitar trio. "Christmas Lights" is a new, original Christmas song; it is strophic and in c sharp minor for voice, celesta, bells, any plucked string instrument, and electric bass guitar. This is the only means I have to promote myself and humans have short attention spans. I consider myself very lucky if someone listens to the second song and reads the second comment before clicking on into cyber oblivion. Therefore, I am very sorry for deleting the ad, or "empty" messages, you post in my comment section.
