DESCRIPTION:
This was the show we look back on that really got us rolling. We had been together for maybe a year at this point, but it was a real struggle to get shows during this time. Most clubs were 21+ to get in, which meant none of our crowd could attend. The clubs that were all ages didn't want to deal with our crowd. You can probably see why from watching this video. This particular show happened because this coffee shop was shutting down. They wanted to throw a party for their last day. A friend of ours who worked there convinced them to let us play. They didn't know any better. By the time they figured out it was a bad idea, it was too late. You can see a couple of the owners try to stop the kids from slamming, but they basically just got thrown out of the way... This started a little buzz around town, and things sort of started going up hill from here... Anyway, hope you enjoy this crucial moment in our band's history.
