DESCRIPTION:
Magic! is a reggae band hailing from Toronto, Canada featuring Nasri on lead vocals, Mark Pellizzer on guitar, Ben Spivak on bass, and Alex Tanas on drums. The four-piece band first grabbed America’s attention with their 2013 hit single “Rude” followed by their debut album, Don’t Kill The Magic, in 2014. GRAMMY Pro caught up with Magic! at SXSW to talk about the band’s upcoming sophomore album, their biggest musical influence, and their latest single, “Lay You Down Easy,” featuring Sean Paul.
