Pink Ribbon - lyrics & melody by Lynne Arrol, arranged, accompanied & performed by Jill Allardice & recorded by Mark McKerrell was originally uploaded as a song video to YouTube in 2009 to raise awareness about Breast Cancer & to raise funds for Breast Cancer Care & Cancer Research UK in memory of Alison Dryden through 2 Just Giving sites. I have made this Pink Ribbon Song Lyrics video in response to requests for subtitles & song lyrics & have included pictures of a "Breast Friends" quilt made for Lesley Anne Gardner by her friend, talented quilt designer, Caroline Le Brun. Lesley was very touched by this & gave permission for me to use images of her beautiful quilt to help to raise awareness about Breast Cancer in Pink Ribbon song videos. Sadly, Lesley lost the battle with Cancer earlier this year. She lives in our memories & her spirit now soars.
