DESCRIPTION:
In 1999 Finland didn't get to enter the Eurovision Song Contest (thanks to a too bad result in 1998). However this awesome tango was our entry to the -99 OGAE Second Chance -competition and finished second there. No doubt this would've achieved Finland's best ever placing in the ESC too.
