La música de Marga Mbande aconsegueix unir dues nacions tan -aparentment- llunyanes com Guinea Equatorial i Catalunya gràcies a lletres carregades d’orgull i empoderament, recolzades sobre melodies que flueixen sense impediments ni dubtes. Soul, hip hop, funk… és difícil etiquetar les cançons que conformen ‘Mbande Sound’ amb un sol adjectiu. Marga s’obre camí en aquesta nova aventura en solitari a través d’un EP debut que de ben segur sorprendrà per la seva frescor i qualitat.


Marga Mbande’s music has brought together the Catalan and the Guinea Equatorial nations. And she’s done so by penning down proud and empowered lyrics, laying them over melodies that flow without doubt. Soul, hip hop, funk… it’s hard to pigeonhole the six songs in ‘Mbande Sound’. The artist leaves other projects behind to focus on her solo career with an EP that would surprise everyone thanks to it’s freshness and high quality.
