I repared this amplifier. problem: big hum, no sound at times.
power transformer abnormally heated place. the filter capacitor were dry feed, one of the two diodes at times EZ81 heated to red.
change of the power transformer by Hammond 290MX ( for handwired VOX AC30 with 5AR4 rectifier, 4xEL84, 5x12AX7) and all chimical caps;
the speaker cabinet is a vintage HORTSON speaker, from a cinema sound amplifier portable. Made In france vintage AlNiCo speaker!
