1994: Patrick Scherrer and Timothée Barrelet found their first band, "Sad Salads" (what a name) who will later become "Illusion Perdue?". In 1997, this band's first and last album, "un pied devant l'autre", is recorded at Studio Relief, Switzerland.
1998: Patrick and Timothée decide to found a new band, Magnetfisch. In summer 2001, they record "Fruchtkönig" at luce studios. The following year, Rolf Althaus joins in as a bass guitar player. Their second instrumental album, "Silence Fiction" (Helvetic Production, VSM), is recorded in 2003.
Seline Kunz sung in the band from Summer 2004 to January 2010. She appears on the EP "Botox" in 2005, and on the full length album "Body on the Left, Soul on the Right" (2009, Crossmusic/Spirit of sound, mix: Breandan Davey).
