I wrote Break Tha Bank from these feelings and questions below. People who work hard arent evil for having things of value. People who work hard to get good at something are often the target as soon as they start benefiting from those talents. Why is that? Why do we as a people find it culturally justifiable to hate, control, steal from someone because they have something we dont especially if its something they didnt obtain from stealing? Why is it so important to some of the people Ive dealt with to breakdown or discredit me in order to justify theyre own egotistical agenda? If their intentions were nobel why would they have to do this? This song is an expression of how that attitude affects me as a business man and an artist. Maybe you find this naive or maybe you feel the same.
