The Lower 48 is a pretty mysterious group; from the little that's known, they're based out of Oregon, pushed west by cold weather. What's definitive is their distinct musical prowess: 1960's alternative pop rock and roll. While this band really doesn't fit a label or any definition, that's the best I could muster.
