O.W.C.A.'s Goin' Down is a song sung by the villains in L.O.V.E.M.U.F.F.I.N. in the upcoming special "Phineas and Ferb Save Summer" as they capture O.W.C.A. agents, ultimately weakening the organization. The song is a parody of a number of different songs heard in the film/musical West Side Story, including "The Jets Song" and "Cool".
