Lou Gramm Is ReJoining Foreigner for a Huge 40th Anniversary Tour This Summer
After a little confusion where Gramm said he wasn't even invited on the tour the much loved singer confirmed on his twitter account about an hour ago that it's happening. He said, “After crossed wires & miscommunication, I can confirm that I and the original band have been invited to join Foreigner for a song or two.” Then he posted, “Dennis Elliot and Rick Wills will be in St. Augustin, Florida plus Ian McDonald and Al Greenwood and I will perform at a date yet to be determined.

In a perfect world however these guys would be the only players on stage. Why not tour with the guys that made those hits. Sure some may have other projects but bigger than Foreigner?

The tour will also feature Cheap Trick and Jason Bonham and launch in Syracuse, NY on July 11th.

Founding member and lead guitarist Mick Jones said on their website, “I never could have imagined when I set out to create Foreigner forty years ago, that we’d still be touring around the world and performing the music we love all these years later,”

I remember where I was when I heard, 'Feels Like The First Time,' on the radio, it was the winter of 1977. I could not afford the album so I just bought the single.

According to thier website Foreigner has 10 multi-platinum albums, 16 Top 30 hits, and worldwide album sales exceeding 75 million.

Tickets go on sale January 13th at LiveNation.com – by John Beaudin
