'Under This Sky' was a world premiere production that celebrated Logan, its people and its community in a way the city has never experienced before. As the signature event of the 2015 Queensland Music Festival, it was presented free to the public over two spectacular nights, attracting an audience of 15,000.

Over a 17-month period, 159 workshops were held with 27 local community groups and countless individual artists. As a result, the show boasted all original music, written by and for the community, and featured a culturally diverse cast of 724 Logan community members, ranging from 6 years of age to 76.

'Under This Sky' was an epic celebration of place, driven by pride and a true sense of community. A new collective story for Logan was shared and celebrated, and a legacy of artistic inspiration and skills development will be felt for many years to come.
