Live Wire Entertainment is an independently owned Record company founded and operated by childhood friends Aaron Payes and Stephen Monica. In 2000, the label was formed in Charlotte, NC and began as both a Hip-Hop and Dance label with the intentions of somehow combining the two.

Today, the label relies heavily on both influences and uses them to produce the future sound of music, which they have coined E-HOP. The Live Wire Empire, which is now based in Atlanta, GA is home to talented producers from all over the globe.
