C-Mase

C-Mase launched his musical career in Tulsa, OK, home of the legendary G.A.P. band. During his childhood, C-Mase also spent some years in Atlanta, GA. His surroundings coupled with a musical family set the stage for young C-Mase to introduce himself to the world. In an era of digital architects, C-Mase sets himself apart by his true musicianship. C-Mase was playing the drums, bass/lead/acoustic guitar, and keys all by the age of 13. His instrumental talents were further strengthened by his vocal abilities, which started at the age of 7. Being a young man with an old soul, you can detect some of C-Mase’s influences like Donny Hathaway, Prince, and Michael Jackson throughout his music. It was only a matter of time before C-Mase begin to distinguish himself among his peers, writing and producing at the age of 14, and performing at the age of 15. C-Mase’s first big break as an artist was performing as an opening act for hit R&B singer MARIO in 2004. None of these early accomplishments has stopped C-Mase from learning and perfecting his craft. C-Mase is still at work in the studio refining his style and making music that we can all relate to. Of late, C-Mase has worked with R&B sensation JAGGED EDGE on some new projects and looks forward to working with more artists in the future. C-Mase is not just an artist; he is a songwriter and producer. One way or the other, you can expect to hear a lot more from C-Mase for years to come.
