Lisa Denise

Lisa Denise is a force hailing from Rochester, NY. This R&B singer/songwriter/producer has developed her craft into a unique and special vibe that makes her stand out as "one of the dopest chicks in this singing game" (Corey Blackwell- Director of Creative Affairs for Kandi Koated entertainment).
Lisa Denise performs at various locations throughout the United States with the highly rated band Simply Irresistible, headed by Ronnie Garrett, Tyler Perry's music director/bass player. In this band she has the privilege of performing alongside Trina Braxton of WE TV's "Braxton Family Values". Lisa recently completed a few dates with Grammy award winning singer/songwriter Kandi Burruss of Xcape and the Real Housewives of Atlanta as a background singer, and can be seen on a few episodes of the 3rd season of the program. She has also sung backgrounds for Dawn Robinson of Envogue and Lucy Pearl, Roy Ayers, and a number of local artists in Atlanta as well as in Boston, MA. While living in Boston she performed at a number of venues as a solo artist and with her band at the time, 1 Achord. Lisa Denise has also had the privilege to sing for the city of Charlotte, NC for their 2010 and 2011 New Year Celebrations in front of thousands of people, as well as for Donald Trump at one of his charity events in Miami, FL. Her performance experience is extensive and she brings a dynamic energy to the stage.
Lisa has been singing since the age of four and is classically trained. She received her B.A. in Music Business from the prestigious Berklee College of Music in Boston, MA. Her debut album "It Is Written" is now available on iTunes and various online music stores!
