"I was on a Dale Watson weekend binge in Austin Texas with my traveling pal author Garth Cartwright (read his books especially "More Miles Than Money") when Dale invited me up to pick a few tunes. Dale suggested that I must use Lonestar beer as a hair conditioner. I was shitting myself but what an honor to be up their with the great man and his amazing band. Soon after i chopped off the wig and rather enjoy drinking lonestar rather than conditioning my hair with it." Liam Gerner
