DESCRIPTION:
The 50th annual Montana AA High School Orchestra Festival was held in Billings, MT March 4-5, 2013. Participating schools from Bozeman, Billings, and Kalispell performed individual concerts Monday night.

After two days of intensive clinics and rehearsals, three selections were performed Tuesday night in each of the two combined orchestras (about 75 students each.)

In this series, professional conductor Doug Diamond, presently from Augsburg College in Minneapolis, shows the results of the student's hard work on three advanced compositions.

Performing a D. Stone arrangement of the Crown Imperial March by William Walton, selections from Les Miserables arranged by Lowden, and Dance Bacchanale from Samson and Delilah by Camille Saint-Saens are the combined students of the:

Billings Senior High School Orchestra, Billings, MT
Billings West High School Orchestra, Billings, MT

under the direction of Doug Diamond.
