The band Le Pneumatiq was established in mid of 2006 and today we can consider Le Pneumatiq as the most fresh and innovative electronics live band in the Czech Republic.

In the beginning was the producer and DJ Howska, who’s known as the support dj for gigs of Underworld, Kosheen, N.O.H.A or Lonaloop in Prague, as the regular support dj for Skyline band, and as the author of the Slavia Prague footbal club anthem.

When Howska decided to set up a live band, he asked for the cooperations MC Adrenalin and the drummer Army. Later was joined by Le Pneumatiq second singer Boruvka (Miss Blueberry) with experience from succesful rap and pop formations.

And the story begins. Today the band Le Pneumatiq is one of the most frequently played Czech bands on 91.9 Radio 1, the only independent station in Prague.

Five Le Pneumatiq songs were chosen by Jan Muchow (Ecstasy of St. Theresa), a musician with a Czech Lion for film music, for the new movie Pusinky and all tracks were released on the Sony/BMG soundtrack.

Le Pneumatiq released their debut album on autumn 2007.

Their show is unusual and always innovative, with a stage show and suprises, including dancers, actors, VJ-ing and gags. This is one of the reasons, that they are booked by and succesful in prestigious venues and festivals, like the Creamfields Central Europe, Rock for People, Sazavafest, Roxy Prague or Fleda Brno. They also played like support band for Freestylers, Atomic Hooligan or Breakfastaz. Their song Life was nominated for a best videoclip of 2007 and choosen for compilation EuropaVox 2008.
