Leigh Myles

Hailing from Glasgow, Scotland, Leigh Myles is a producer, musician and vocalist with a penchant for electronic musical gadgetry.
A unique blend of programmed beats, fat basslines and spiky synth sounds provide the backdrop for Leigh's lush vocals. Her trademark live sampling, looping and layering of her voice is executed to stunning effect. The result is an electronic soundscape of pulsating rhythms and ambient textures peppered with twisted vocal loops.
Just as at home behind the mixing desk as behind the mic, Leigh has released tracks on the legendary Soma records and more recently on Ireland's FVF Records. Leigh also has a strong Berlin connection and has collaborated with Marquez Ill resulting in sultry vocal tracks for the dancefloor, released on Berlin's Voltage Musique Records.
Leigh's unique sound has seen her share the bill with some of the best electronic music producers and dj's of our time including Redshape, Magda, Marc Houle, MANDY, Andrew Weatherall and DJ Sneak, among others. Whether on a candlelit stage in an intimate venue or facing a room full of bass-hungry clubbers, Leigh holds her audiences with her captivating stage presence and innate ability to lead her subjects through a musical journey from the haunting and sublime to the downright filthy!
