"Love, Reign O'er Me" was written by Peter Townshend and recorded by The Who in May of 1972 at Olympic Studios in London England. The song was released ass a single on the Track/MCA label in October 1973.
It was also the second track on The Who's second rock opera "Quadrophenia.
