From Kris: "I don't endorse violence as a solution to any domestic situation, nor try to make light of serious incidents. This song was written about a breakup, but as more and more 'right to bear arms' conversations became public, I wanted to offer one more voice to our democracy. The actions depicted here are something we created to stimulate conversation about the role of citizens and their rights in regards to firearms, and while I have my own opinions, the true example of freedom is that you can disagree vehemently and I'll respect you for that. I'm glad to have friends that could help me make this video, and I'll continue to make more. My personal opinion is that American citizens must be allowed to own a weapon if they so choose, and in so doing must accept the responsibility for any actions involving it. You can disagree, and that's fine and right. I just want you to think, to stand by your own beliefs. Be responsible, be respectful, and be American.
