Studio Fee (inc. recording) (note: bring your own beats) - $25.00/hr



Exclusive rights to select track (inc. audio disc w/beat + optional data disc w/individual tracks) - $150.00



Custom beat + licensing (inc. ability to go through beat production process, letting us know what you want) - $200.00



Single beat recording session (inc. full track recording on a single beat) (must purchase beat or bring your own) - $100.00



Track mastering - $25.00



Album mixing/mastering (max 13 tracks + $25.00 per extra song) - $250.00



Full Album Package (inc. multiple recording session scheduling, max 13 beats plus discounted purchasing options for extra beats, mixing + mastering, 5 album copies) - $1500.00



Overnight Recording Package (inc. food, lodging, and recording from 9 a.m. until 5 a.m. Max) - $400.00



Mixtape Package (inc. 10 beats w/ rights/licensing) - $750.00

Rules



1. No rude or obnoxious behavior will be tolerated. NO EXCEPTIONS.

2. Clients must be treated with respect and care. We are here to fulfill their requests.

3. The P.M. studio hours are 9:00 a.m. - 5:00 a.m (by appointment).

4. No "freebies" out to anyone except for exclusive house artists.

5. Paying clients come before house artists in order of amount paid.

6. Missed appointments are subject to rescheduling at producer's/engineer's discretion.



Procedures



Final tracks sent to be mixed down/mastered in The P.M.

All final track renders as 256 Kbps + 44100 Hz

All tracks are to be mixed/mastered before anything is given to the client



ALL TRACKS ARE FIRST COME, FIRST SERVE. MONEY TALKS. Sample tracks are updated weekly. Serious inquires can message this myspace for purchasing options and custom tracks.
