This one is a smashing piece from the electroclash-wave that started in the early 00s. Dog Ruff was a DJ-project from Ross Orton, also part of Fat Truckers and producer of many electroclash tracks and remixes (Kings Have Long Arms, The Lovers). He works in Sheffield/North England, one of the main places for electronic music artists. Unfortunately it got completely lost during the last years.
