Jeremiah “Sick Pen” Renaldo Bio

Way deeper than the white clouds from the blue sky, his music arises above all. Jeremiah’s definition of music changed from having talent to an expression of what’s in his soul. His purpose is to spread the joy and happiness that love brings while adding a soulful flavor to Pop/R&B. Born in a small town in South Carolina, he was the youngest of three; raised in a single parent home. The many challenges, struggles and hard times he’s faced, was only a stepping stone to develop character and a gratitude for life far beyond his years. He lives by his mother’s motto “dare to dream, believe in yourself, work hard and nothing will be impossible to achieve.” Jeremiah was predestined even before birth to be a great Song writer/Artist. Being born into a musical family, He learned the importance of embracing and developing his gifts. At age three if not singing in church with his mom, sister and brother, he was performing solo’s vocally or on his harmonica. At age seven he began playing keys, lead and bass guitar. During his teen years he played for several churches and traveled with many quartet groups as a musician. He won numerous awards for his vocal and instrumental talents. In 2002 his family relocated to the Atlanta area. Here his talents and love for music open the door for him to be featured soloist and musician in many events. His skills on the brass instruments afforded him the opportunity to be nominated for All State Band, Governors Honor and become Drum Major at the Southwest DeKalb High School. He also graduated with music scholarships to several colleges. So here he is at the age of twenty pursuing the love of his life. (Also known as “King Caz”, a name given to him by some of his devoted fans and “Sick pen”, a name given to him by many that may have seen or heard of his unique writing ability.) With so much pain and negativity in the world, he states; “I pray when my music or the name “ Jeremiah Renaldo” is heard, it will bring a sense of joy and acceptance to the listener, or at the very least a smile.” These records will high light his talents as a producer, writer, vocalist and musician. His unique vocal arrangements have earned him the title of “King of Vocalz.” His music is so versatile that it captures the heart of every age group from the young to the very old. It captivates the listener as it draws them into their own relationships, experiencing the joys and/or ups and downs of life. Jeremiah’s music has been described as “relaxing” by some, while others say it’s the ultimate “lovers” music and yet still others say they can’t help but “dance” to the rhythm.
