The true reason is.... your CD is damaged someone how weather you believe it or not maybe heat caused it?. I fixed it by buying a new one lol 100% Will work with brand new CD... 30% it will work with the method shown here... Good luck... :(

I only recommend this to someone who dose not care about there game save!
FAQ -

Q1 - What can be causes this?
A1- Your System can be just old and dying or... it can be something wrong with your CD even though you where playing fine with it before but it can still be damaged somehow maybe heat, or has small screeches witch also causes the game to freeze!

Q2- My game still doesn't install after this wtf?
A2- Quit the game and try at least 4 times you can see the numbers go higher every try if it does not work play other games just face the facts that this may never work you got to buy a new ps3 or new disk. Sorry :(

Q3- My game is installing but the music stops?
A3- Let it install! It can work but it can be a sign of a big F you and just stops working lol

Q4- What else can I try?
A4- Hmm.. Go to your saved GTA files and DELETE the install and try the game again to install or go on the installation this might sound silly but you stop the installation your self by quiting as the game number MB go up stop it and try it again haha or you can restart your ps3 and try again... but like I said might not work... :(

Q- Do you have PSN?
A- umm... yeah.. its Don_Wor_Bout_It lol I may not add you though unless you message me a cool game we both can play. I only play GTA V and Minecraft lol


but I finally fixed my ps3 gta 5 installation issues! Yay dont upade ps3 88% chance it might work cuz it worked for me lost memory on phone but got every info u need like if it worked dislike if not and u mad lol srry! GOOD LUCK...

Q: do i push restore full system?
A: Well... Just quick restart not format. Or you can borrow a friends CD and see if that works if not. Buy a new GTAV
