This special upload is dedicated to all my fans, who have supported my channel through the past 4 years.

I played Kimi no Shiranai Monogatari for the first time during my Animenz live tour 2014 in Asia, with a few simplified passages, compared to this YouTube version. The piece was completely improvised back then, but as soon as I started to make the sheet of this piece, I added more and more details (variations, melody voicing, transitions between each part), until it developed into this final version.
I also included many piano techniques I have never utilized before in this arrangement.
For example the jumping right hand in 1:57 or the scale played in third in 5:02 - there are many elements introduced here for the first time.

In a way this arrangement has finally established my own arrangement style and it marks the beginning point of the so called "Orchestral Style Arrangement" I have been utilizing from 2014 to 2018. Before this piece, I was still relying on many classical music references and the piano arrangement was more focused on technique, rather than the natural flow of music.

Did I also mention that Supercell is one of my favorite J-pop bands of all time? Ryo is seriously amazing for composing all these timeless melodies. I think I have listened to this piece more than a hundred times already, and I still get goosebumps while listening the chorus.
