Artist Bio: Formed by old friends who grew up skateboarding and listening to punk rock, Since We Were Kids! was formed to give an aggressive and humorous view of the current punk rock and hardcore scenes. The lyrics attack everything superficial and the fast, driving songs bring some much needed new life into stale, boring status quo songwriting. Influenced by bands like RKL and Poison Idea, Since We Were Kids! plan on bringing back intensity with their energetic live shows.
In the short time they have been active, Since We Were Kids! have shared stages with: Strung Out, Death By Stereo, Guttermouth, the Dwarves, Ignite, Channel 3, D.R.I., White Kaps, Y.A.P.O., Luicidal, the Bronx, Voodoo Glow Skulls, DFL, Union 13, among many other shows and events including regional tours with Cancerslug, Common War, and P.S.O.
Their debut 7" EP, "Skatecore" (on Irish Voodoo Records), is near sold out while the release of their LP, "Hard Cement No Regrets" (also on Irish Voodoo), is garnering rave reviews.
