Big thanks to Gear4music for sending me this DIY kit. Was quite challenging to put together (for my Dad! haha) but very rewarding as you can see at the end of the video. It is in no way an amazing instrument but what do you expect for £79!?! However it is a great idea for any creative musicians who want to build their own instrument. you can even take it further by crafting the headstock or painting the guitar, or even adding your own pickups, tuning pegs ect!

Massive thanks to my Dad (Barry) who amazingly put this together in a couple of hours. He doesn't play guitar at all but very supportive in all that I do and I love him very much for that! m/

The Maple neck comes with an unfinished headstock, so you can mark up and cut it to any design you would like, be it something completely original, or a tribute to an iconic instrument.
