This video was shot as Ysanne recorded the take that you hear, i.e. it's not lip-synced, it's a real home recording, shot and recorded simultaneously.

Kevin Dippold used the Apogee Duet 2 to record Ysanne's performance onto her laptop, as well as his own great mics and outboard equipment.

After the song was recorded, Ysanne wrote the string arrangement and recorded the City of Prague Philharmonic Orchestra playing it, and then mixed it with her live take of the song... along with the recording of the Czech translator you can hear start the track, and the natural room noise in the orchestra studio.
