DESCRIPTION:
Part of the New York sessions for "Diamond of a day", with Anton Fig on drums and Keith Lentin on bass (who also mixed it).

I wrote this with my friend Gary Herselman, who fronted Joburg rocker- punks The Kerels.

The original idea was of communication breakdown between people in relationships, but when I was finishing the song at Keith's place in Manhattan, a year after 9/11, I added some phrases about the broader breakdowns that afflict the world.
