Kay & The SchoolDrivers

SchoolDrivers (or Kay & The SchoolDrivers) are a band hailing from Athens, Greece! Established in late 2008 they have already completed an LP album [Pame Ekdrome! - 2009, Musicpost], two EPs [The Funky Rapcore! - 2010 | Know My Name - 2011] and 2 videoclips "Mesa Stin Poli" and "Eprepe Na Gino Rapper" (transl: "In The City" and "Should Have Been A Rapper" respectively). With over 70+ performances all over Greece in major festivals and rock stages SchoolDrivers want to explore their inner selves more through their music and the people they encounter. With controversial influences such as RHCP, Rolling Stones, Bon Jovi, Offpsring, Nickelback, Electric Six etc the band cannot be labeled. SchoolDrivers are trying to include their own identity in what they do. Out purpose: to write optimistic music that makes you go forward to fulfill your goals and your dreams. If you feel like you need a "push to go on" when everybody tells you to stop dreaming then we believe our music will do this for youThe band has appeared @ major TV networks in Greece (Mad TV, Star Channel etc.), has been played by local & major radiostations and is already considered a "break-through artist" amongst it's Greek audience! At the moment the band is preparing some more EPs in their mother language as well as a new international LP album and is searching for a major label in an effort to open up to a bigger audience whilst getting ready to tour all over Greece!
