DESCRIPTION:
In this video you'll find out about what should move in your abdominal area - and in what direction - during "normal" exhalation, during inhalation, and breath support (when we want to hold the air back longer than during "normal" or passive exhalation, among others in order to be able to sing longer phrases).
Support is a big subject, and besides the tips in this video there's other areas to focus on too - such as making sure your ribs don't collapse but stay extended, working with the muscles of your back and loin.
