Not only that, but the Jupiter is also capable of handling the output from even the most complex pedalboards. It gives you all the headroom punch and stage volume you need while retaining the incredible tone and fundamental dynamics that have made Supro amps legendary. Whether you play rock, fusion, blues, funk, or jazz, the Jupiter is sure to satisfy your sonic needs!

To adapt to any venue big or small, the Jupiter features Supro's unique switchable rectifier topology that allows you to select 35 watts (Class A) or 45/60 watts (Class AB). The 35-watt cathode bias mode employs the famed Thunderbolt power amp topology to deliver a harmonically saturated, tube-rectified sound that sounds amazing through the specially-designed single 12" speaker. For more volume and headroom along with the faster transient response that Class AB power amps are known for, just turn the rectifier knob to the 45 watt or 60 watt grid bias mode.

Not only does the unique switchable power amp topology give you the ability to alter the texture and output volume of the amp, but it also allows you to achieve two very distinctive all-tube tremolo effects depending on whether the amp is in Class A (cathode bias) mode or Class AB (grid bias) mode. Switch to the cathode bias mode to dish out that legendary vintage Valco/Supro-style trem tone, where the effect changes with your playing dynamics. In grid bias tremolo mode, you get a strong, more pronounced throbbing trem effect with amazing depth. Since the tremolo is performed by modulating the bias of the output tubes, the all-tube reverb comes before the tremolo, which produces a beautiful blend of pure tube reverb and tremolo when both effects are combined.

Specifically designed for this amp, the Jupiter comes loaded up with a single USA-made 12" HP12 speaker that features a larger magnet and a hemp cone for superior tone, performance and power handling. This unique, state-of-the-art driver blends the treble extension and clarity of the Supro DT12 speaker with a smooth sonic character that'll stay sweet even when you push it hard.
