DESCRIPTION:
The Barstool Romeos play original songs in a honky-tonk style all their own. They are from right here in Knoxville and you’ve heard them on WDVX with songs from their first record, “Twisted Steel and Sex Appeal”. The band took the Blue Plate Special stage, played some familiar favorites, and gave us a preview of a couple of tunes from their upcoming album, which is scheduled for a Fall 2017 release. This one is the probable title cut, “Last Call For Hero”. The Barstool Romeos are: Mike McGill-electric guitar/vocals, Andy Pirkle-guitar/vocals, Josh Sidman-bass/vocals, and Mark Dunn-drums.
