I don't want to do this. The weather sucks, I don't want to write a depressing song.' He was serious too. I said, 'Okay man, what are you feeling?' And he said, 'Dude, if we were in Texas, what would be doing right now if we weren't writing?' And I said, 'Well, I'd probably suggest we go get some tacos and beer.' And he was like, 'Can we write a song about that?' I was hesitant at first, and then like a lightning bolt from the cold gray sky it hit me—'One Night Taco Stand'."
