Jon Cutler is an American house DJ and producer, he’s New York Born and bred, and has lived there all his life. Cutler began DJing at the age of 15, he’s now the owner of the Brooklyn-based electronic label Distant Music, and releases his own 12-inch remixes on the label. He has teamed up with such dance music luminaries and vocalists as Dj Romain, Scott Wozniak, Michael Watford, Jocelyn Brown, E-Man, Kemdi, Vanessa Freeman and others, creating phenomenal original productions for his own imprint.

Jon Cutler’s life today involves him traveling around the world every weekend to places like M2 Club (South Korea), Stereo Sushi (Belgium), the revered Southport Weekender (UK), El Divino (Ibiza, Spain), Glam (Mauritius and many more. This is a man who truly puts his heart and soul into every production and performance. Celebrating TWENTY plus years in the business, Jon Cutler hopes to maintain the ability to inject his signature soulful flavour into House Music while continuing to inspire the thousands of up and coming producers and DJ’s he’s already influenced throughout the years.

In 2001, Cutler produced the track "It's Yours" (featuring E-Man) for Chez Music, which hit #38 on the UK Singles Chart. In 2004, he was featured on the compilation album Afterdark: New York City, which peaked at #23 on the U.S. Billboard Top Electronic Albums chart. In 2012, Mat Zo sampled this song for his song "It's Yours" on his Bipolar LP.

Jon first met sneak back in 94/95 on Cutlers first time playing in Chicago. Both Sneak and Cutler have been both stand by the ethos of reminding house lovers, where it all came from, they lived it and seen it first-hand. This mix is a perfect example of Cutler’s tastes in Deep House and his History in the game.
