Saxophonists Andy Schofield and Jo McCallum created a dynamic new 17 piece jazz orchestra. The line-up brought together established artists with the finest of the North West region's young emerging talent.

Their 2010 project was supported by Arts Council England and profiled two outstanding NW-based guitarists, Mike Walker and Stuart McCallum. The music of these artists was arranged for the Orchestra, and this excerpt features an impassioned solo by Mike Walker.
