DESCRIPTION:
Episode 05 of From The Music Shed was recorded on a post-Jazz Fest morning in early May 2012. Our guest, John Thomas Griffith, regaled us with tales and tunes from his career with Red Rockers, Cowboy Mouth and beyond. Our visit went on so long that we decided to split it into two parts.

Part one concentrates on Griffith's formative years and his time with MTV hit-makers Red Rockers and features performances of the Red Rockers classic "China" and the Cowboy Mouth track "Man On The Run."
