DESCRIPTION: UK-based South African most known for his 1971 hit "He's Going To Step On You Again". Tracing back his very colorful recording career John began in the early 60's with The Dukes who changed their name to Johnny Kongos & The G-Men. In 1967 John formed Floribunda Rose which released just one single "One Way Street" b/w "Linda Loves Linda". In '68 Floribunda Rose gave way to Scrugg who released 3 pop/psych singles. In 1969 John was ready to pursue a solo career and he recorded the album 'Confusions About A Goldfish' which included the song I've posted here. "Seat By The Window" has the travelling/roaming feel to it similar to Fred Neil's "Everybody's Talkin'".
